Queries whether the stream is enabled.

Parameter	Description
pLiveStreamControl	Pointer to an IltmsLiveStreamControl interface.
pVal	Pointer to a boolean variable that indicates whether the stream is enabled. VARIANT_TRUE indicates that the stream is enabled. Otherwise, the value is VARIANT_FALSE.

S_OK	The function was successful.
