Sets the path to the server's media folder.

Parameter	Description
pNetworkProperties	Pointer to an IltmsNetworkProperties interface.
newVal	String containing the new path to the server’s media folder.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
