Gets a value that indicates whether the HLS protocol is enabled.

Parameter	Description
pNetworkProperties	Pointer to an IltmsNetworkProperties interface.
pVal	Pointer to a Boolean variable that indicates whether the HLS protocol is enabled.
	Value
	VARIANT_TRUE
	VARIANT_FALSE

S_OK	The function was successful.

The default value is VARIANT_TRUE.
