Removes the live stream at the specified index.

Parameter	Description
pLiveStreams	Pointer to an IltmsLiveStreams interface.
index	Zero-based index of the stream to remove.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
