IltmsServer pServer;	pointer to an interface
ltmsState pVal;	pointer to an enumeration value

Retrieves the server state.

Parameter	Description
pServer	Pointer to an IltmsServer interface.
pVal	Pointer to an ltmsState enumeration constant that represents the state of the server.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
