Value	Member	Description
0	None	No operation.
1	MoveControlPoint	The user has clicked and dragged a AnnControlPoint.
2	Move	The user has clicked and dragged the object itself.
3	MoveName	The user has clicked and dragged the object name.
4	Rotate	The user has clicked and dragged the object while the AnnEditDesigner is in rotate mode.
5	MoveRotateCenter	The user has clicked and dragged the rotate center control point (AnnControlPoint). For more information, refer to New Annotation Features of Version 14.5.
6	MoveRotateGripper	The user has clicked and dragged the rotate gripper control point (AnnControlPoint). For more information, refer to New Annotation Features of Version 14.5.
