GripperDistance Property

Summary

The distance in pixels that the RotateGripper control point is originally placed from the bounds of the AnnObject.

Syntax

C#
VB
C++
public int GripperDistance {get; set;}

Public Property GripperDistance As Integer
public:
property int GripperDistance {
   int get();
   void set (    int );
}

Property Value

The distance in pixels that the RotateGripper control point is originally placed from the bounds of the AnnObject.

Remarks

When an AnnObject is first selected, two rotate handles appear: the RotateCenter and the RotateGripper. This property is the pixel distance that the RotateGripper is initially placed from the bounds of the AnnObject. For more information, refer to New Annotation Features of Version 14.5 (Deprecated).

Example

This example does the following:

  1. displays the RotateCenter and RotateGripper location (in object coordinates)
  2. changes the gripper distance to 60 pixels
  3. resets the rotate points to a new location (using the new gripper distance)
