Summary
Tests whether two AnnPoint structures are unequal.

Parameters
left
The AnnPoint structure on the left side of the inequality operator.
right
The AnnPoint structure on the right side of the inequality operator.
Return Value
This operator returns true if
left
The AnnPoint structure on the left side of the inequality operator.
The AnnPoint structure on the left side of the inequality operator.
Remarks
If the two points have different units, the comparison will be done after temporarily converting both to a common unit.
