PopFixedState Method (AnnGroupObject)
Summary
The AnnGroupObject implementation of AnnObject.PopFixedState.
Syntax
public override int PopFixedState() Public Overrides Function PopFixedState() As Integer

Remarks
Re-enables the fixed state of every AnnObject in the AnnGroupObject. Fixed annotations are independent of the Transform. The result is that they do not scroll or move with the underlying image. For more information, refer to AnnObject.PopFixedState.
