When the structure is used with the functions L_DicomPrintSCUCreateFilmBox and L_DicomPrintSCUUpdateFilmBox, the member uStructSize must specify the size of the structure. The function L_DicomPrintSCUGetDefaultFilmBoxParameters sets the member to the size of the structure.
