Sets the callback functions to be used. This function is available in the PACS Imaging Toolkit.

A DICOM Network handle.
Pointer to a structure that contains the callback functions to set.
None.
Any callback function that will be used by an SCU or an SCP must be set using this function.
Win32, x64, Linux.
