A DICOM waveform channel handle.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with the channel sample skew.

| TRUE | The channel sample skew was retrieved successfully. |
| FALSE | An error occurred. |
This function gets the channel sample skew. For more information refer to the "Channel Sample Skew" (003A, 0215) element in the DICOM standard.
