Ends the fast magic wand engine.
A fast magic wand handle, initialized by calling the L_StartFastMagicWandEngine function.
Reserved for future use. Must be 0.
Value | Meaning |

< 1 | An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes. |
For each call to L_StartFastMagicWandEngine there must be a call to L_EndFastMagicWandEngine. This function should be the last function to be called after calling L_StartFastMagicWandEngine and L_FastMagicWand. It will clean up and free memory allocated within the MAGICWANDHANDLE.
