ILMMixCapSrc::get_AudioDetectEnable

Summary

Retrieves the stream's audio detection state.

Parameters

ILMMixCapSrc * pMixCapSrc

Pointer to an ILMMixCapSrc interface.

VARIANT_BOOL *pVal

Pointer to a variable that receives the audio detection state. Possible values are:

Value Meaning
VARIANT_TRUE The audio detection is enabled.
VARIANT_FALSE The audio detection is disabled. This is the default value.

Returns

Value Meaning
S_OK The function was successful.
<> S_OK An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

If enabled, then each stream will display a border with color and width, obtained by ILMMixCapSrc::get_AudioDetectBorderColor and ILMMixCapSrc::get_AudioDetectBorderWidth, if the ILMMixCapSrc::get_AudioDetectThreshold is exceeded.

To enable or disable the audio detection, call ILMMixCapSrc::put_AudioDetectEnable.
