Retrieves the master audio output level.

Pointer to an ILMMixCapSrc interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the master left channel output level.
Pointer to a variable that receives the master right channel output level.

Audio level is expressed as a windowed average from 0.0 to 1.0:
Use the following formula to convert the audio level to the decibel (dB) scale:
Decibels = 20 * log10(Level)
To retrieve or specify the master volume, call ILMMixCapSrc::get_Volume or ILMMixCapSrc::put_Volume.
