Pointer to an ILMMixCapSrc interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the label collection interface pointer.

The obtained label collection interface by pVal is used to enumerate and create labels.
If the function succeeds, the caller must free the pVal pointer by calling the interface's Release function.
