Sets the new pan values.

Parameter	Description
pPan	Pointer to a POINT structure that contains the new pan coordinates.

SUCCESS	The function was successful.
< 1	An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

This function will set the physical pan values. These pan values are in pixels. This function can be used to scroll the vector image.
