Pointer to an IltmmMediaSampleDisp interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates whether the beginning of the sample is a synchronization point. Possible values are:
Value | Meaning |
---|---|
VARIANT_TRUE | The beginning of the sample is a synchronization point. |
VARIANT_FALSE | The beginning of the sample is not a synchronization point. |

A stream can begin at any synchronization point. With some compression types, streaming can begin only at certain points in the stream; for example, on key frames.
