[0] Specifies the selected video compressor properties dialog box.
[1] Specifies the selected audio compressor properties dialog box.
[2] Specifies the properties dialog box for the assigned target format. Before showing this dialog, call the IltmmConvert::put_TargetFile function to set the target file name. If file name is not available, pass an empty string to the newVal parameter.
