Initializes a new instance of LeadStream from a .NET System.IO.Stream object.

true if stream should be disposed when this LeadStream disposes; otherwise, false.
The helper method LeadStream-Factory-FromStream can be used to quickly create a LeadStream object from a .NET System.IO.Stream.

For .NET Framework: A reference to the Leadtools.Async.dll assembly is required to use this functionality.
For .NET Standard: This functionality is included in the Leadtools.dll assembly.
