OffsetRegion Method

Summary
Moves the image region by the specified number of rows and columns.

Parameters

rowOffset
The number of rows to move the region.

colOffset
The number of columns to move the region.

Remarks

The move does not affect the pixels in the region.

This method uses image coordinates to specify the pixel. Therefore, you must account for the view perspective of the image.
