Pointer to an ILMNetSnk interface.
Pointer to a variable that indicates whether the server should use encryption. Possible values are:

|---|---|
| NetSnk_Encryption_None | [0] The server should not use encryption. This is the default value. |
| NetSnk_Encryption_RC4 | [1] The server should use RC4 encryption. |

| S_OK | The function was successful. |
