Retrieves the language of the specified subpicture stream within the current title.

Pointer to an IltmmDVDControl interface.
The number of the subpicture stream from which to retrieve the language.
Pointer to a variable that receives the language information. The retrieved information is an LCID (containing a LANGID value) from which language information can be extracted using the Win32 MAKELANGID macro.

Call IltmmDVDControl::get_DefaultSubpictureLanguage to retrieve the default subpicture language.
