Pointer to an IltmmWMProfileManager interface.
A string identifying the major media type for which the number of available codecs is retrieved. Possible values are:
Pointer to a variable to be updated with the number of available codecs for the specified type.

|---|---|
| S_OK | The function was successful. |
| <> S_OK | An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation. |
The number of codecs obtained by this function can be used with IltmmWMProfileManager::GetCodecFormatCount and IltmmWMProfileManager::GetCodecFormat, which deal with codec formats, by index.
