Gets an interface to the stream at the specified index in the profile.

Pointer to an IltmmWMProfile interface.
Index of the stream to retrieve. This is a zero-based index.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a pointer to an IltmmWMStreamConfig interface. This interface will reference the retrieved stream.

To get the number of streams in the profile, use IltmmWMProfile::get_StreamCount.
The user is responsible for releasing the retrieved interface by calling its Release() function, when it is no longer needed.
