Pointer to an IltmmWMProfile interface.
Pointer to an IltmmWMStreamConfig interface. This interface contains the stream configuration information to be used to reconfigure a stream in the profile.

This function has effect only on stream configurations already added to the profile using IltmmWMProfile::AddStream.
