Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the video device collection interface pointer.

The returned IltmmDevices interface is used to enumerate the available video capture devices. See ltmmDevices for details.
If the method succeeds, the caller must free the returned interface pointer by calling the interface's Release method.
