Stops the logging of data about the conversion operations to a text file and closes the file.

Use the IltmmConvert::OpenLogFile function to initialize a file to log data about conversion operations. Use the ltmmConvert::CloseLogFile function to stop logging data to the file and closes the file.
If the conversion process ends and this function have not been called, the file remains open.
