Pointer to an IltmmWMProfile interface.
Pointer to an IltmmWMStreamConfig interface. This interface references information about the stream to add.

This function works by copying the specified stream configuration information into the profile.
New streams are created using IltmmWMProfile::CreateNewStream. Configure the newly created stream using the IltmmWMStreamConfig interface before adding it to the profile using IltmmWMProfile::AddStream. A maximum of 63 streams can be added to a profile.

To add a script command stream to the file, use IltmmWMScript::put_EnableScriptStream.
