Pointer to an IltmmCaptureSubType interface.
VARIANT_BOOL value that specifies whether the subtype is selected. Possible values are:

| VARIANT_TRUE | This subtype is currently selected. |
| VARIANT_FALSE | This subtype is not currently selected. |
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| S_OK | The function was successful. |
| <> S_OK | An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation. |
If the subtype is currently selected, changing its selection state will have no effect. One format must be selected at any time.
