Comments in JPEG files and LEAD files can be read. Comments in JPEG files can be updated.
You can save comments in progressive LEAD CMP files, but only when saving the file. Comments in existing progressive LEAD CMP files cannot be updated.

Please note that LEADTOOLS also supports IPTC Comments, which can be saved inside JPEG files. For more information, refer to IPTC Comments.
