C Syntax	HRESULT ILTDVDBurner_put_CurrentSpeed(pDVDBurner, newVal)
C++ Syntax	HRESULT put_CurrentSpeed(newVal)

ILTDVDBurner *pDVDBurner;	pointer to an interface
long newVal;	speed index

Selects a new drive speed.

Parameter	Description
pDVDBurner	Pointer to an ILTDVDBurner interface.
newVal	Value that represents a zero-based index of the speed to select.

Returns

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

The currently selected drive must be in the idle state in order for this function to succeed.
