Sets the value and flags for a specified video property.

Parameter	Description
pVidProcAmp	Pointer to an IltmmVideoProcAmp.
Property	The property for which to set the value and flags. For a list of possible values, refer to the ltmmVideoProcAmpProperty Constants.
lValue	The new property value to set.
Flags	Value that represents the property flags to set. For a list of possible values, refer to ltmmVideoProcAmpFlags Constants.

S_OK	The function was successful.
