Enables or disables the capturing of still images during conversion.

| hWnd | Value that indicates whether still images can be captured during conversion. Possible values are: | |

| VARIANT_TRUE | Enables capturing still images during conversion. (using IltmmConvert::SaveStillBitmap). | |
| VARIANT_FALSE | Disables capturing still images during conversion. This is the default value. | |

In order to capture still images during conversion, this function must be called before calling the IltmmConvert::SaveStillBitmap function, with setting the value of newVal parameter to VARIANT_TRUE.
