VARIANT_BOOL *pVal;	pointer to a variable

Queries whether the toolkit is currently caching filters.

Parameter	Description
pTargetFormat	Pointer to the IltmmTargetFormat interface that references the target format object.
pVal	Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates whether the toolkit is caching filters. Possible values are:
	Value	Meaning
	VARIANT_TRUE	The toolkit is caching filters.
	VARIANT_FALSE	The toolkit is not caching filters. This is the default value.

Returns

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
