This property indicates where the still image should be captured from. Some capture devices have a still pin, usually it is present when they have a hardware button that can also serve as a trigger for a capture.
When the StillTap property is set to ltmmCapture_StillTap (indicating the still image should be captured from the still pin), the capture occurs when the hardware button is pressed. If there isn't a button or the user doesn't press the button, the capture occurs after the timeout specified.
When the StillTap property is not ltmmCapture_StillTap (indicating the still image should be grabbed from the capture pin or from the processors), the capture occurs after the timeout specified.
In both cases, the timeout is passed as an argument (IltmmCapture::GetStillDIB, IltmmCapture::GetStillPicture, IltmmCapture::SaveStillDIB, IltmmCapture::SaveStillBitmap) or through the IltmmCapture::put_CaptureStillDelay property (IltmmCapture::CaptureDib and IltmmCapture::CapturePicture).
