Sets the pan level (signal distribution).

Pointer to an IltmmAudioInput Interface. |
newVal |
The new pan level (signal distribution) from left to right for stereo inputs. Possible values range from -1.0 to 1.0 where -1.0 indicates full left, 0.0 indicates center, and 1.0 indicates full right. |
