pCapture Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.
UseTimeLimit Flag that determines whether to enable or disable user defined time limit. Possible values are:
  Value Meaning
  VARIANT_TRUE Enable user defined time limit.
  VARIANT_FALSE Disable user defined time limit.
