Handle that identifies the double buffering process.
Value | Meaning |

SUCCESS | The function was successful. |
< 1 | An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes. |
This function should be called when you are finished with the double buffering process. It frees all internally allocated resources associated with double buffering it should be called once for each call to L_DoubleBufferCreateHandle.
