L_SetPCDResolution

Summary

Sets the resolution to be used for loading or converting a PhotoCD file.

Parameters

L_INT nResolution

Integer indicating the resolution to load or use in conversion. Valid values for nResolution are:

Value Meaning
L_PCD_BASE_OVER_64 [0] Resolution 64 x 96
L_PCD_BASE_OVER_16 [1] Resolution 128 x 192
L_PCD_BASE_OVER_4 [2] Resolution 256 x 384
L_PCD_BASE [3] Resolution 512 x 768
L_PCD_4BASE [4] Resolution 1024 x 1536
L_PCD_16BASE [5] Resolution 2048 x 3072

Returns

Value Meaning
SUCCESS The function was successful.
-13 (ERROR_INV_PARAMETER) nResolution was not a valid value.

Comments

Use this function after L_GetPCDResolution (which determines valid resolutions of the file) and prior to loading or converting a PhotoCD file. If this function is not used, the default resolution of 512 x 768 will be used.
