L_Matrix_SetOffsetX
Summary
Sets the value of the third row and first column of the specified L_MATRIX.
Syntax

L_LTKRN_API L_VOID L_Matrix_SetOffsetX(matrix, value)
Parameters
L_MATRIX* matrix
Pointer to the L_MATRIX that will be set.
L_DOUBLE value
The value to set.
Returns
None.
Comments
The offsetX member is so named because it specifies the amount to translate the coordinate space along the x-axis.
The L_MATRIX is stored using row-major order and has the following structure:
