Value that specifies the image HBITMAP (can be NULL).

To retrieve the image HBITMAP, call ILMImgCapSrcImage::GetHBITMAP.
The image HBITMAP, if not NULL, will take precedence over the image file obtained by ILMImgCapSrcImage::get_File.
