The new stream will be added to the index ILMMixCapSrc::get_StreamCount - 1.
To delete a stream at the specified index, call ILMMixCapSrc::DeleteStream.
To delete all streams, call ILMMixCapSrc::DeleteAllStreams.
To retrieve a stream at the specified index, call ILMMixCapSrc::GetStream.
