Pointer to an ILMMixCapSrcStream interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the label collection interface pointer.

The retrieved label collection interface referenced by pVal is used to define the stream's labels.
If the function succeeds, the caller must free the value of pVal by calling the interface's Release method.
