Pointer to an ILMMixCapSrcStream interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the video device collection interface pointer.

The retrieved video device collection interface referenced by ppVideoDevices is used to enumerate the available video capture devices, and to select a video device to capture.
If the function succeeds, the caller must free the value of ppVideoDevices by calling the interface's Release method.
