Sets options for the automation object.
#include "ltwrappr.h"
virtual L_INT LAnnAutomation::SetAutoOptions(uFlags)
Flags that determine the options to set. Possible values are:
Value | Meaning |
---|---|
ANNAUTO_TABBEDDIALOG | Combine the dialog boxes that describe most of the object properties into one tabbed dialog box. Only dialog boxes that are not system dependent can be tabbed. The dialog boxes that are not tabbed are Font, Color, and File. If this flag is not set, the dialogs are displayed as in previous versions of LEADTOOLS. |
ANNAUTO_REVERSEEDITKEYS | Reverse the behavior of the Enter key and the Ctrl + Enter key combination for Text, Note and Push Pin objects. By default, for the Text, Note and Push pin objects, pressing the Enter key ends the text input, while the Ctrl + Enter key combination allows the user to add a new line to the text input. Setting this flag reverses these behaviors. |
Value | Meaning |
---|---|
SUCCESS | The function was successful. |
< 1 | An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes. |
By default, the dialogs are combined in a tabbed dialog box.
If a tabbed dialog box is used, the caption of the dialog box will be one of the following:
Win32, x64.
This example uses the following member variables:
m_AnnotationWindow should be created and initialized prior to the example
This example toggles the tabbed dialog box behavior

L_INT nRet;
L_UINT uFlags;
nRet = m_AnnotationWindow.GetAutomationObject().GetAutoOptions(&uFlags);
if(nRet != SUCCESS)
return nRet;
uFlags = uFlags ? 0 : ANNAUTO_TABBEDDIALOG;
nRet = m_AnnotationWindow.GetAutomationObject().SetAutoOptions(uFlags);
if(nRet != SUCCESS)
return nRet;
return SUCCESS;
