uFlags	Flags that determine the options dialog. Possible values are:
	Value	Meaning
	NONE	[0x0000] No "?" help button will be shown.
	SCRDLG_CAPTUREAREAOPTION_CONTEXTHELP	[0x0002] Area options dialog context help.
