Digital Camera Format (DCF)

DCF file format is a raster file supports loading a group of digital camera raw imaging data. This format is supported by ACDSee and XnView.

LEADTOOLS reads the following types:

• SONYRaw (ARW, SR2, SRF): This format is used by Sony Digital Cameras to store Raw Images, the following Cameras types support storing that format which can be loaded by LEAD DCF filter: DSC-F828, DSC-R1, DSC-V3, DSLR-A100, DSLR-A200, DSLR-A300, DSLR-A330, DSLR-A350, DSLR-A380, DSLR-A450, DSLR-A500, DSLR-A550, DSLR-A580, DSLR-A700, DSLR-A850, DSLR-A900, NEX-3, NEX-5,SLT-A33, SLT-A55V, and XCD-SX910CR. The default extension for this format is: *.arw, *.sr2, and *.srf.

• CASIO (DNG): This format is used by Casio Digital Cameras to store Raw Images, the following Cameras types support storing that format which can be loaded by LEAD DCF filter: QV-2000UX, QV-3000EX, QV-3500EX, QV-4000, QV-5700, QV-R41, QV-R51, QV-R61, EX-S20, EX-S100, EX-Z4, EX-Z50, EX-Z55, EX-Z60, EX-Z75, EX-Z750, EX-Z850, EX-Z1050, EX-Z1080, Exlim Pro 505, Exlim Pro 600, and Exlim Pro 700. The default extension for this format is: *.dng.

• Canon (CR2, DNG): This format is used by Canon Digital Cameras to store Raw Images, the following Cameras types support storing that format which can be loaded by LEAD DCF filter: PowerShot series, and EOS series. The default extensions for this format are: *.cr2 and *.dng.

• Fujifilm (RAF): This format is used by FujiFilm Digital Cameras to store Raw Images, the following Cameras types support storing that format which can be loaded by LEAD DCF filter: FinePix E550, FinePix E900, FinePix F700, FinePix F710, FinePix F800, FinePix F810, FinePix S2Pro, FinePix S3Pro, FinePix S5Pro, FinePix S20Pro, FinePix S100FS, FinePix S5000, FinePix S5100/S5500, FinePix S5200/S5600, FinePix S6000fd, FinePix S7000, FinePix S9000/S9500, FinePix S9100/S9600, FinePix S200EXR, FinePix HS10/HS11, FinePix X100,IS-1. The default extension for this format is: *.raf.

• Nikon (NEF, NRW): This format is used by Nikon Digital Cameras to store Raw Images, the following Cameras types support storing that format which can be loaded by LEAD DCF filter: D1, D1H, D1X, D2H, D2Hs, D2X, D2Xs, D3, D3s, D3X, D40, D40X, D50, D60, D70, D70s, D80, D90, D100, D200, D300, D300s, D700, D3000, D3100, D5000, D7000, E700, E800, E880, E900, E950, E990, E995, E2100, E2500, E3200, E3700, E4300, E4500, E5000, E5400, E5700, E8400, E8700, E8800, Coolpix P6000, Coolpix P7000, and Coolpix S6. The default extensions for this format are: *.nrw and *.nef.

• Olympus (ORF): This format is used by Olympus Digital Cameras to store Raw Images, the following Cameras types support storing that format which can be loaded by LEAD DCF filter: C3030Z, C5050Z, C5060WZ, C7070WZ, C70Z, C7000Z, C740UZ, C770UZ, C8080WZ, X200, D560Z, C350Z, E-1, E-3, E-5, E-10, E-20, E-30, E-300, E-330, E-400, E-410, E-420, E-500, E-510, E-520, E-620, E-P1, E-P2, E-PL1, E-PL2, SP310, SP320, SP350, SP500UZ, SP510UZ, SP550UZ, SP560UZ, and SP570UZ. The default extension for this format is: *.orf.

• Panasonic (RW2, RAW): This format is used by Panasonic Digital Cameras to store Raw Images, the following Cameras types support storing that format which can be loaded by LEAD DCF filter: DMC-FZ8, DMC-FZ18, DMC-FZ28, DMC-FZ30, DMC-FZ35/FZ38, DMC-FZ40, DMC-FZ50, DMC-FZ100, DMC-FX150, DMC-G1, DMC-G2, DMC-GF1, DMC-GF2, DMC-GH1, DMC-GH2, DMC-L1, DMC-L10, DMC-LC1, DMC-LX1, DMC-LX2, DMC-LX3, and DMC-LX5. The default extensions for this format are: *.raw and *.rw2.

• Pentax (DNG): This format is used by Pentax Digital Cameras to store Raw Images, the following Cameras types support storing that format which can be loaded by LEAD DCF filter: *ist D, *ist DL, *ist DL2, *ist DS, *ist DS2, K10D, K20D, K100D, K100D Super, K200D, K2000/K-m,K-x,K-r,K-5,K-7, Optio S, Optio S4, Optio 33WR, and Optio 750Z,645D. The default extension for this format is: *.dng.

• Adobe DNG (Adobe Digital Negative): This format is used by Digital Cameras supporting the Adobe DNG format. The Adobe DNG is an open lossless raw image format that is a publicly available archival format for the raw files generated by Digital Cameras.

This file format doesn't support QFactor, progressive loading and saving, multi-page, sub-formats, or stamps.
