Checks whether the LEADTOOLS kernel has expired.

Returns

TRUE

The LEADTOOLS kernel has expired.

FALSE

The LEADTOOLS kernel has not expired.

Comments

Use this function to detect whether the LEADTOOLS kernel evaluation period has expired. After the evaluation period has expired, it is necessary to have a  runtime license in order to use LEADTOOLS.
