This can be the bounding rectangle of the annotation object, the root container, or the entire device context, or it could be smaller if only part of the object is to be displayed. Coordinates are relative to the device context. |

If the object is a container, the objects within the container are displayed in their enumeration order. You can use the L_AnnBringToFront and L_AnnSendToBack functions to change the enumeration order.
